Disney

Well, after days of foggy starts I definitely think spring has arrived - it is gorgeous out this morning with lots of spring sunshine.  I hope everyone is getting some of the same.

I have another challenge card this morning and this one is for the 'Glitter Geeks challenge', which is Disney if you hadn't guessed already.  This one posed a quandary as I don't have any Disney stamps, so I used a digital image for my card - I hope that's ok.  It had to be another little dog, didn't it - here goes ...

Starting with a 6x6" pearlised white card blank, I have matted two layers of paper from my stash.  The first one has a faux black matting layer, which I did with a black Promarker.  The second has a pretty lace edge punched from a border punch down the left side, which is enhanced with tiny crystal star gems  (but it's difficult to see in the pic).  I love the cute little Dalmation image which is coloured with my trusty Promarkers and enhanced with crystal glitter.  I cut this using a Labels Four nestie, highlighted the edge with TH Spun Sugar distress ink and mounted it on black.  The alphas are cut from black textured cardstock using a set of Sizzix dies. Added embellishments include a little black and white spotty ribbon bow, two black star shaped eyelets and three black adhesive gems.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, Jx
